It's Complicated CANON POINT | usually around convergence or immediately pre-reboot PLAYED BY | lyn ( plurk / lyn#3878 ) VISUAL IMPRESSIONS | somewhat short and lithe, but very well-muscled. in costume, she wears a crop top and skort. in civvies, she's more likely to be found in jeans, tees, hoodies, and leather jackets. blonde hair, usually falls a little past her shoulders. her eyes are unnaturally blue. depending on what she's wearing, her tattoo may be visible. AUDITORY IMPRESSIONS | the best voice that's been done for her, in my opinion, is probably molly quinn in superman: unbound (which is stupid hard to find good clips of) or summer glau. still not quite there, a bit too high at points, but that's the general gist. also, contrary to the esperanto they used as a kryptonian substitute here, i always imagined it sounding more like hebrew. PSYCHIC IMPRESSIONS | people who can sense such things will notice she's very susceptible to magic. her head's a bit of a mess--girl carries a lot of guilt and self-esteem issues that she tries not to let on about. kara also thinks in kryptonian most of the time and, should she notice her thoughts are being read, will either swap to english (if she's game for chats) or start singing really obnoxious songs in her head (if she's not so game). PERMISSIONS ⚊ PHYSICAL AFFECTION | go for it! she might be taken off guard, but is generally a very tactile person and won't mind much. PHYSICAL VIOLENCE | prepare for the fight scene!! the only thing i ask is don't kill her or injure her to the point where it would alter her quality of life without talking to me first. MAGIC & TELEPATHY | generally okay with this in small doses, though i would prefer a heads up if it's going to happen. just a note in the brackets like [ x starts to/tries to/whatever the thing ] would work.
